Pre-Christmas meeting in Koszyki Hall
A traditional pre-Christmas culinary meeting with herring in the lead role was held on December 8th in Koszyki Hall. The aim of the event was to educate and encourage Varsovians to choose fish from sustainable fishing.
The event included discussions about Christmas traditions and live cooking demonstrations performed by the best Polish chefs. Among the guests were Martin Gimenez Castro, Tomasz Jakubiak − Jakubiak Cooking, David Gaboriaud and Mateusz Zielonka Masterchef. In addition: numerous educational attractions for children, a marine photobooth and an evening artistic program. All guests could enjoy MSC certified herring.
